12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed according to the laws. You agree that any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Delta Bingo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms and Conditions of Use by posting revised terms online or sending notification thereof via email. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes made thereto.

14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Delta Bingo and you regarding the subject matter contained herein, supersedes all prior agreements (whether written, oral or implied) and cannot be amended or modified except in writing signed by an authorized officer of Delta Bingo.

15. EFFECTIVE DATE AND TERM

These Terms and Conditions of Use shall take effect immediately upon your acceptance of this Agreement as provided above and continue until terminated by either party for any reason.

16. REVISIONS TO AGREEMENT

Delta Bingo may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice to you, including but not limited to any changes resulting from legislative amendments or court decisions.

By continuing to use the Services after a revision has taken effect, you agree that such revised terms are binding on you.
